I cannot recommend Adrian and his team enough if you are considering a loft conversion! From start to finish he was professional, did exactly what he said he was going to do and explained the process clearly.
I particularly appreciated the guidance and reassurance from Ade along every step of way during the project.

Adrian and his team completed our loft conversion in April 2023, superb job from start to finish. Friendly, positive and very accommodating, even allowing a last minute change of layout during the conversion. Very happy with the final result.

We were extremely fortunate to be able to use O’Sullivan Loft Conversions. Myself and my husband are absolutely useless when it comes to anything DIY but it didn’t matter as Adrian and his team ran the entire project which made it so much less stressful for us. Communication was excellent so we knew exactly what to expect and a payment schedule was given to us before any work had even been done so there weren’t any nasty surprises. We were also invited to inspect the work at any stage and were kept constantly updated with the progress.
Adrian and his team treated our house with respect, interacting with our kids and leaving everything clean and tidy every day. They understood that this was our home and not a building site.
Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of undertaking such a project.

I found our loft conversion seemless from start to finish using O'Sullivan Loft Conversions. The communication was excellent with regular progress updates and changes communicated clearly and well in advance.
The contractors were professional, polite and hard working and the finished project was to a high standard with no snagging issues.

I recently had O'Sullivan Loft Conversions come in for a project and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, and efficient. We had Adrian and team do our loft conversion and it was a first class experience. From the initial quote, to planning and having the work done we have no complaints.
The quote process was excellent, everything was explained and ideas shared. Adrian provided the architect who did all the drawing and planning applications and the work was started early which was fine and fit in with our own plans.
His team worked diligently and considering the huge amount of work being done everything was tidy and clean.
